a wonderful holiday!

We manage the local Toys for Tots program for Deposit. We take care of monetary and gift donations, and coordinate distribution of toys and gifts to local children and teens in need during the holidays.

Registration begins November 2024

How to register your child

You must live within the Deposit school district.
Be prepared to provide ID and proof of residency, if asked.
The child must live with you, and be in your care.
They must be 16 years of age or younger.

We will ask you for your contact information and

the following:

The child's name
Age
Gender
Three gifts/interests, the total of which equaling no more than $50

To register your child call our office at 607-467-4000 from November 4, 2024 to November 27, 2024

Picking up Gifts

Pick up date 12/14/24

You must pick up your gifts! If someone else comes on your behalf, you must call us to let is know, and give them a written note saying that they have permission to collect the gifts.

If for whatever reason you cannot make it, and have no one else, call us at least one day before the gift pick up, and we can make arrangements. If you simply fail to show up, your gifts will be forfeited! We do not want your children to go without gifts, so please call us if there is an issue.

Adopt a child or family

Individuals and businesses can adopt a registered family and be the sole provider of gifts for those children.

You can register by calling our office at 607-4674000. If we can't take your call, please leave a message with a call back#. We will return your call as soon as we can.

Once family registration is in November, we will call you and give the following information:

What kind of gifts they want

We try to be fair to all registered children. Ideally, each child will have no more than three gifts, the total value of which equals no more than $50. We understand that you would like to be generous in the spirit of the holidays, but please do not be excessive. If you wish, you can adopt more than one family.

Once your shopping is done, put the gifts in a box or bag with the child's registration number clearly visible, and drop it off at the Deposit Foundation office.
