We are looking for a person who is reliable, efficient, organized, with good communication and customer service skills. You will be expected to complete clerical tasks such as receiving and directing calls, greeting clients, maintaining financial and statistical data, along with other tasks. A big part of this position is coordinating our volunteer transportation program. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules, is essential. Proficient computer skills are a must. Proficiency in Quick Books, Word, and Excel are preferred but not mandatory.
Hours per Week: 18 with additional paid hours depending on fundraisers and program events.
Work Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 9am-4pm
Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience.
